1. LICENSE
TemplateMela grants you following three kind of possible license to use the products (the "products"). The Products Sold through our website with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by TemplateMela, as follows:
- a) SINGLE DOMAIN LICENSE
- If you purchase products at Single Domain License, then you may be granted a one time use on single domain. You are able to use each individual product on a single website only, belonging to either you or your client. You can modify template as per your requirement but can not resell our products. You have to purchase the same product again if you want to use the same on or with other projects.
- b) MULTI-DOMAIN/DEVELOPERS LICENSE
- In case you want to buy more then one domain then you can use this license. If you are designer/developer you may be need this kind of license to offer your customers. May be using this kind of license you are permitted to modify our product and offer your customer. It needs to use more then Single Domain then we can offer special price for you. You are permitted to use the product on multi- domains after the receiving the license as per agreement. You can not distribute or resell templates after purchase at this license. You can apply for the multi-domain license at support@templatemela.com
- c) BUYOUT/UNIQUE PURCHASE LICENSE
- In the case if you wanted to have your own product and do not want us to sell again on our website, then you can purchase product with Buyout License. This type of license guarantees that you are the last person to buy this template. After the buyout purchase, the template is permanently removed from our sales directory and is never available to other customers again. You can not distribute or resale templates after purchase at this license.
2. PRODUCT UPGRADE SERVICE
We offer 6(six) months free upgrade support for our products purchased from templatemela.com. After 6 months you have to pay little fee to upgrade products. Fee's not product value and it should be low price.
3. UNAUTHORIZED USE
Our website grants you a nonexclusive limited license to use the web templates and other products sold through our web site. If you have not received the Buyout License, You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
4. MODIFICATIONS
You are allowed to make any necessary modifications to the purchased themes to fit your purposes as long as the changes are in accordance license you acquire. You also shall not offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.
5. ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer your license to anyone else without prior written consent from TemplateMela
6. REFUND POLICY
Since our products are non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped. Please make sure that you've carefully read the 'Sources Available' (under the 'details' section of each template) to ensure that you understand what is delivered with the template. You must acknowledge this prior to purchasing any product at our site.
7. OWNERSHIP
You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of TemplateMela. We offer life time bug free guarantee, in case if you found any bug then it will be solved without any charge. We are not responsible for any damage direct or indirect to use our products. You should check requirements before purchase of TemplateMela products.
8. INSTALLATIONS
We do not install any of open sources with our products which require Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart, OsCommerce, etc. Installation is a paid service which is not included in the package price.
9. ANTIFRAUD CHECK
Customer account can be suspended for manual anti-fraud check for 24 hours also it can be suspended for a long-term for more investigations. Anti-fraud check occurs because of fraud transactions from persons using different email id of account and paypal during purchase.
10. GOVERNING LAW
Customer understands that for all disputes, with regard to any of our services or any term listed in this policy, the only jurisdiction that shall be used in determining liability is the court situated in Mumbai, India. This Agreement, and the respective rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. INFORMATION DISCLOSURE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium (you may not disclose order number, your email and password to access of website, download link etc.) and offer them for redistribution or resale.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
